Meet Alvarado Parkway Institute's New Chief Executive Officer Megan Montgomery-West!
Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Megan was taught from an early age that a strong work ethic, developing personal excellence and encouraging the same in others is the way to make a positive impact in the world. Megan graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Psychology from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama and Summa Cum Laude, with a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in Houston, Texas.

She has an innate ability to identify and implement ideas that make a positive and measurable impact by empowering individuals and teams toward a common goal.
Megan began her career in Psychiatry as an Occupational Therapist at Columbia West Florida Medical Center in Pensacola, Florida. Three years later she moved to San Diego, married and began working with Sharp Healthcare.
