Announcement: Jackson House Residential Crisis Center Now Open

Alvarado Parkway Institute is excited to announce that Jackson House, a residential crisis center, opened its doors on Friday, September 22nd. This is a specialized short residential crisis-term program treatment alternative for adults experiencing an acute psychiatric episode or intense emotional distress who might otherwise face voluntary or involuntary commitment. Services are provided in a safe, comfortable, home-like environment. The ultimate goal of Jackson House is to assist individuals in becoming valuable citizens in their communities by nurturing opportunities for a good quality of life including independent living, internal awareness, and interpersonal success.

  • 24/7 Nursing Peer support
  • Strength-based focus
  • An individualized 30-day aftercare follow-up that provides clients with additional support as they transition from levels of care
