The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a highly structured treatment setting designed for patients who have recently discharged from an inpatient setting or are managing an acute episode and want to minimize the need for hospitalization.

Our patients arrive to program 5 days per week, and participate in 6 hours of diverse mental health services.

The staff at PHP is comprised of a wide variety of Mental Health Professionals. Our staff includes

Psychiatrists
Nurses
Psychologists
Marriage and Family Therapists
Social Workers
Recreational Therapist
Occupational Therapist
Art Therapist
Music Therapist

When a patient is admitted to the program our priority is to help them to feel comfortable and assure their safety.

Our next priority is to develop a treatment plan that is reflective of the patient’s individual needs.

Based upon the patient's history and input from the patient, family and physician, a treatment plan is developed with goals that are:

Measurable
Achievable
Adaptable

The plan is reviewed systematically and updated or changed based upon the patient's progress.

PHP provides the patient with various individual and group sessions throughout their day that focus on different multiple in their life. All groups provided are designed to help the patient meet their individual needs with the long term goal of maintaining and thriving without the need for re-hospitalization. The following are some of the groups provided:

• Stress Management
